The ATCM is designed for the Automatic Cutting of Tubes and Rods made of Glass, Quartz, Pyrex and other hard materials with Diameters ranging from 1,5 mm up to 30 mm and initial lengths up to 3 meters. The ATCM has been designed for around the clock operations.
For ease of maintenance and rust prevention, stainless steel is used for the large steel surfaces exposed to coolant fluids (H20). The heavy and rigid frame structure and the unique spindle assembly results in a very precise cutting movement, frame stiffness and consequently virtually no vibrations during the cutting process.
The cutting cycles and product feed are totally PLC controlled. This allows the system to be easily programmed to whatever production process parameters are needed.

Optional System that checks height of the Diamond Cutting Blade and automatically adjusts the Cutting Settings accordingly, based on the measured results. This system also recalculates the G-Ratio (Value between Diamond used in relation to Machined Material)
Option available on ATCM and HCU Cutting Machines. System will automatically initiate Dressing/Sharpening of the Diamond Cutting Blade based on feedback from the Control System. |
