| Automatic Ceramic Tube Cutting Machine [ATCM-CT]
The ATCM-CT is designed for the Automatic Cutting of Tubes and Rods made of Ceramics with Diameters ranging from 3 mm up to 50mm* and initial lengths from 1,5 mtr (standard) up to 3 mtr (optional). The ATCM-CT is designed for around the clock operations.
The ATCM - CT with its Special Tube Support and Clamping System allows to cut Ceramic Tubes in High Volume with very Low Reject Rates. This is even the case for Tubes in the fragile "Green Stage".
Products with a bow can even be cut easily on the ATCM-CT due to the Special Tube Support and Clamping System. The Tubes will be cut with a Diamond Cutting Blade which has been specifically designed to machine Ceramic Tubes in the Green Stage, which is essential for Optimal Cutting Performance, Process Stability and Low Reject Rates.
The ATCM - CT has been designed for High Volume production. It is build for around the clock operations. For ease of maintenance and rust prevention, stainless steel is used for the large steel surfaces exposed to coolant fluids (H20).

Optional System that checks height of the Diamond Cutting Blade and automatically adjusts the Cutting Settings accordingly, based on the measured results. This system also recalculates the G-Ratio (Value between Diamond used in relation to Machined Material)
Option available on ATCM and HCU Cutting Machines. System will automatically initiate Dressing/Sharpening of the Diamond Cutting Blade based on feedback from the Control System. |
