Operating in line with the ATCM, the AUL Unit fully automatic collects cut pieces of tube or rod material from the ATCM in stainless steel baskets.

Automatic Unloading Unit [AUL]
The AUL has been specifically designed to automate the Unloading of Cut Parts out of the ATCM. The AUL places rows of Cut Parts automatically in the basket of the AUL. After the row of cut parts has been placed, the basket will index one position to allow the placement of the next row of cut parts.
Once the basket is filled, the AUL will automatically index to provide the ATCM with an empty basket. The ATCM and AUL are in direct communication with each other.
