Dream Machine

The Dream Machine is an automatic grinding system for ferrite components complete with a washing & Drying Unit. The Dream Machine grinds the small ferrite products (only 00 x 00 mm in size) with great precision.

 

  

The Dream Machine consists of the following processing units:

  • Supply Belt
  • Back Grinder
  • Pole Grinders 1 + 2
  • Air Gap Grinder
  • Washing Unit
  • Drying Unit
  • Unloading Unit

Benefits

  • It is designed for around the clock operations.
  • For ease of maintenance and rust prevention, stainless steel is used for the large steel surfaces exposed to coolant fluids (H20).

Pole grinders 1 + 2 are cup grinding wheels that grind the top of the products to their final predetermined specifications in two steps.   After passing through the washing unit, the ferrite products transported over a woven metal belt and travers the drying unit after which they pass to the unloading unit to be packaged.
